Pay Tuition and Fees
Cashier's Office
The Cashier's Office is available to assist your in-person, online and over the phone. Contact our office for assistance paying your tuition, fees, and other Wenatchee Valley College related expenses. The most convenient way to pay is via the ctcLink Student Homepage.
Omak Students can mail checks or money orders to the Cashier's Office or pay by phone.

Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. - noon.
Methods to Pay
Prior to paying and in order to assure payments are posted properly, students must have a ctcLink Identification Number, or ctcLink ID. If you do not have a ctcLink ID, have lost or forgotten your ctcLink ID, please contact the admissions office at 509-682-6833. You can also look up your ctcLink ID. (You will need your email username and password.)
Online
VISA and MasterCard credit cards are accepted. For more detailed instructions, see the How to Pay Online page.
Attention: We are strongly encouraging anyone who is able to pay online. Paying online allows the cashier's office to accept phone calls and respond to questions promptly.
STEPP
Student Tuition Easy Pay Plan
The Student Tuition Easy Payment Plan (STEPP) lets you pay tuition and fees at your own pace. A more flexible payment schedule can help you afford college and make budgeting simpler.
In Person
You may pay in person with cash, check, debit card or cred card (VISA and Mastercard).

HOURS: In person payment is available Mon-Thurs 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. - noon.
Note: A handling fee of $40 is charged for any returned checks and the students will be automatically dropped from classes when returned checks are written for tuition.
By Mail
You can pay by mail with a check. Include your ctcLink ID number with payment.
