WVC DREAMers Task Force
To our Dreamers, undocumented, and DACA-mented students: you are welcome at Wenatchee
Valley College. As a Hispanic-Serving Institution, we are proud of the diversity in
our college community, and we are committed to providing the services and support
that you need to succeed.
The WVC Dreamers Taskforce was launched in 2016 to support and resources for undocumented students, as well as training and information for WVC faculty and staff.
Purpose
To identify barriers within Wenatchee Valley College that hinder student recruitment,
retention and success as a result of DACA/HB 1079/Dreamers status. This taskforce
will provide training, resources and needed support to our WVC community to best serve
these students.
