Financial Aid Forms

Funding Sources at WVC

The Financial Aid Office at Wenatchee Valley College is here to assist students in applying for all types of financial assistance, including grants, work study opportunities, veteran benefits, scholarships and student loans. We encourage all students to apply.

Steps to apply for financial aid

  1. Submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You must submit a new FAFSA each school year.

  2. Make sure that the WVC Admission and Registration Office has your admission and registration information on file and has your correct address.

  3. Keep in touch with the financial aid office to be certain that all information needed to complete your file has been turned in and received.

Eligibility

To qualify for financial aid, students must be admitted and enrolled in an eligible degree or certificate program at Wenatchee Valley College.  Personal enhancement courses, short term certificates or non degree programs are not eligible for financial aid.

Scam Alert

Watch out for scholarship scams and fee-based services. Follow these guidelines:

  1. Never pay for scholarship lists or FAFSA help. Completing the free FAFSA automatically considers you for federal, state, and WVC aid.
  2. Ignore calls or letters requesting personal information (SID, SSN, bank accounts, FSA ID) about financial aid or loans. Neither WVC nor BankMobile will ever call you to request this information.
  3. Never share personal or banking details on unsolicited calls.
