Wenatchee Valley College (WVC) is here to help you continue your educational journey towards a degree or certificate.
If you previously attended and earned credit from another college, follow the steps below to transfer to WVC. If you earned college credit in high school, please follow the New Student guide.
Steps to Apply
1. Apply to Wenatchee Valley College
Submit your free application to Wenatchee Valley College online or in person! Once your application is processed by WVC's admissions and registration office, you will receive an acceptance email with your ctcLink student ID number. Have questions? 2. Activate Your ctcLink Account
After you apply, remember to look for an acceptance letter in your email which will include your permanent ctcLink ID. Your ctcLink ID is required to access online services and enroll in classes at Wenatchee Valley College.
3. Apply for Financial Aid
Fund your education through financial aid, scholarships, grants, work study opportunities, and more. For many WVC students, the first step is to complete the financial aid application online. 4. Request Your Transcripts
Submit your official transcripts from the college or university you previously attended if you plan to use those credits to earn a degree or certificate at Wenatchee Valley College. Once WVC has received your transcript, complete an official credit evaluation with our dedicated staff to learn how your college credits will transfer. If you have not completed English or math courses, visit wvc.edu/placement and take the Pre-Placement Questionnaire. 5. Connect with a College Navigator
Before you can register for classes, please complete the transfer student form and include information about what quarter you plan on taking classes, unofficial transcripts, and the degree or program you are interested in at WVC. A college navigator will review your submission and assist you with your next steps in the enrollment process.

6. Pay for College
Make sure to pay tuition and fees by the quarterly due date in ctcLink or by visiting Cashiering.
