Fred Neghabat is a dedicated public servant serving Wenatchee Valley College as Senior Internal Auditor and Senior Budget Analyst, where he supports the college’s financial stewardship through budget development, forecasting, variance analysis, internal audit, internal controls, compliance, and executive reporting.

He brings more than two decades of experience in public-sector finance, audit, grants, and higher education administration, with prior service in budget, audit, and accounting roles at Cerritos College and Los Angeles Unified School District.

Throughout his career, he has been recognized for strengthening internal controls, improving financial transparency, supporting sound decision-making, and helping institutions responsibly manage public resources in service of students, employees, and the broader community.
