Meet the President's Cabinet
The President's Cabinet at Wenatchee Valley College (WVC) is composed of dedicated leaders from various divisions of the college. They work together with the president to uphold WVC's mission, vision, and advance our strategic priorities.
As an advisory body, this group advises the president on strategic decisions to ensure the college meets its goals of academic excellence, student success, and community engagement. The Cabinet meets weekly to drive strategic initiatives, oversee day-to-day operations, review policies and procedures, and address opportunities for the college to strengthen how we serve our community here in North Central Washington.

Dr. Faimous Harrison
President
Dr. Harrison took office as the thirteenth president of Wenatchee Valley College in
2023. As president, he provides strategic leadership and steers the college's executive-level
planning.

Cal Cross
Dean of WVC Omak
Cal oversees WVC Omak's operations, finances, strategic planning, and community partnerships
in addition to supporting students, faculty, staff success.

Dr. Diana Garza
Vice President of Student Affairs
As the vice president of Student Affairs, Dr. Garza focuses on helping students succeed
from their first year through graduation.

Jennifer Hadersberger
Interim Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness
Jennifer supports the college's continuous improvement process by providing strategic
planning support and data to guide the college's decision-making.

Lisa Harger
Vice President of Organizational Culture and Engagement
Lisa oversees Human Resources at WVC. She is passionate about developing leaders and
building an environment where faculty, staff, and students can thrive.

Maria Iñiguez
Chief of Staff and Secretary to the Board of Trustees
Maria provides strategic leadership to the President's Office as Chief of Staff and
to the Board of Trustees as Secretary to the Board.

Marcine Miller
Executive Director of Communications (PIO)
Marcine oversees Wenatchee Valley College's communications, marketing, and media relations.
She is committed to showing the transformative impact WVC has on student lives.

Fred Neghabat
Senior Budget Manager and Internal Controls Accountant
Fred supports the college’s financial stewardship through budget development, forecasting,
variance analysis, internal audit, internal controls, compliance, and executive reporting.

Ellia Sablan-Zebedy
Dean of Enrollment Services & Student Success
Ellia oversees the college's student enrollment pipeline from recruitment, admissions,
to student retention strategies.

Clint Strand
Executive Director of WVC Foundation
Clint provides strategic direction and oversight for the foundation's fundraising,
donor relations, alumni development, scholarships, and community partnerships.

Dr. Tod Treat
Vice President of Instruction
Tod oversees academic affairs at Wenatchee Valley College. He is responsible for ensuring
instruction serves student needs and aligns with the college's strategic planning.

Steve Ward
Interim Vice President of Administrative Services
Steve serves as the college's financial and operations officer. He oversees the college's
financial health and operational sustainability.
