TEAMS Information

Everyone at WVC has access to TEAMS - a Microsoft product. Login with your network credentials; all our Microsoft products are sync'd to our network credentials.

Use TEAMS for your meetings, rather than Zoom. TEAMS already is included in our Microsoft Licensing. We are phasing out the use of Zoom.

In the upper right corner of your TEAMS app, you will see 3 dots to indicate "more actions." Click that and you can schedule a new meeting. Scheduling meetings in your Outlook calendar also allows you to schedule a TEAMS meeting.

The "Chat" function in your TEAMS meeting is always saved after the meeting. The retention period for Microsoft Teams chats has been set to 30 days. TEAMS functions very much like Zoom, only the controls are at the top instead of the bottom. You'll soon get used to using it, and we encourage you to do that sooner rather than later, as Zoom licenses will not be renewed.
